I’m reading Ayn Rand’s Anthem and as I’m flipping the pages a note fell to my lap. This copy of Anthem belonged to someone back in high school which I won’t mention. She came one day with a guy I used to play hacky sack with and they spent the night in my house. The note reads:

Your mad cause all this stuff we already did together and I can’t go through today well he’s some facts that might help you I have had sex but but once when I was 9 I don’t really count that because I was too young. My dad did buy a whore on my 14 b/d but all she did was wack me off and suck dick same with the girl that I thought I was in love with. I’m not saying that I don’t love you and I don’t want to have a kid with you. I do. But you don’t know how special you are to me and how bad I want you I want it to be perfect and on top of it theres my consiou contionce about andres thats why I’m sorry

This is by far the best book I have ever read in my life. Not only am I in to the actual story, but a note falls on my lap and it has my name in it. I think more books should do that. Throw some juicy details about something that happened years ago and leave your name in it. It gives it a more personal feel… Don’t you think?
